SPECIAL EXHIBITION

HAMMOND
The Godfather of Electronic Keyboards

This globally unique exhibition features virtually the entire model range of this incomparable global success, starting with the HAMMOND A model from 1935, through countless other, sometimes bizarre, developmental stages, to the legendary HAMMOND B 3 and HAMMOND C 3 models, which to this day represent the ultimate in electromechanical musical instruments worldwide and, accordingly, continue to shape the sound of current hits and concerts by world stars even after more than 70 years!

This special exhibition also showcases other inventions by Laurens Hammond, who was not a musician [!!!], including the Hammond Electric Bridge Table, an automated card-shuffling table from 1931 with a random generator, which is being shown for the first time!

And, of course, the huge range of Leslie cabinets with rotating sound projection, now an indispensable part of the Hammond fascination, but once the absolute bane of the inventor of the Hammond organ!

Why? This and many other secrets are part of the legendary EBOARDMUSEUM-tours!
